1 ½ oz Wild Shot Reposado Mezcal
1 oz Honey
½ oz Hot Water
¾ oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 Jalapeno Slice (about ½ inch thick)
Method: Stir honey and hot water together. Gently muddle jalapeno in a shaker. Add Wild Shot mezcal, lemon juice, and honey water. Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
